These values are based upon the ideology of David Maister, an academic and advisor to some of the world's most successful accounting, legal and financial professional service firms. His theory is contained in his book "True Professionalism". We have adapted these ideas to the Australian recruitment market.
Our "professional values" set the ethical and professional standards we set for ourselves in our every day conduct and dealings with clients and candidates.
